HOW DO I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?
w do I Terminate My Membership? All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either at the club or by certified mail to the club. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your bill date. All past due balances will be collected at the time of cancellation. Please note that no longer using the facility, or closing of your billing account, does not constitute a cancellation.
DRESS CODE POLICY
Wellness Center Dress Code in keeping with the mission statement and related goals for creating a welcoming, safe, and fun environment and to address sanitary concerns, LWC adheres to the following dress code stipulations:
Gym clothing is required for all activity areas and fitness programs other than the aquatic areas. Active tops and shorts must be modest in coverage, style, and cut. No bikini straps or Apron tops, no excessive chest, back, or glute exposure.
Gym attire must be worn at all times except in the aquatic area.
Non-athletic pants (jeans, khakis, etc.) are not permitted for fitness, aquatics, and sports participation.
Shorts must have a minimum 2-inch inseam without skin overexposure, and coverage must remain intact during physical training. Pants or shorts should not expose undergarments.
Non-marking athletic shoes are required to be worn at all times. Open-toed shoes are only permitted in the aquatic area or locker rooms. Hard-soled shoes or boots are not allowed in the fitness, gym, or aquatic areas.
Poper swimwear is required in pool. All swimwear must be modest in coverage, style, and cut. Fabrics and colors must not be transparent or revealing. No denim.
All non-potty trained children must wear swim diapers, rubber pants, and a swimsuit.
No wet clothing is permitted outside the aquatic areas except the aquatic area.
